Construction Management

At Knudsen Construction, Inc. we believe that each client deserves the attention of KCI as a whole in addition to the project management team. This team will be dedicated to your project specifically, but our entire office functions as one. Your job will benefit from the combined experience and expertise of our entire company. This approach has proven to be priceless in the results it provides.

At KCI we employ the Project Management software, Timberline® by Sage Software Systems, to facilitate all construction documentation and communications. We have found this all inclusive software allows us to incorporate all transactions and correspondence into a centralized location from which we can easily generate reports. These reports are snapshots of most any aspect of the job from submittals and RFIs to Change Orders and Billing. The combination of our office, the project management team and our software capabilities is what sets KCI apart from others.
